No one ever prepared my husband and I for what life would be like once we brought our twins home from the hospital. Life, for the first 6 months of living with twins, was absolutely insane primarily because we were first time parents who hadn't a clue how to care for two babies at once AND most of all, we were attempting to survive on very little sleep.
